    10" copper kitchen knife. As soon as it arrived I decided to test it. And I was shocked. Out of the package it was sharp enough to slice a tomato.it

    As I said in another review. I was shocked how sharp this knife is out of the package. It sliced a tomatoe with ease. It shaved hair off my arm. The only thing about the knife I did no care for was the length of the handle. I felt it could have been a little longer. But for the cheap price I paid. The knife is worth the cheap price I paid for it. Regardless of what the package says. It is like any knife's eventually it will need to be sharpened. So yes I recomend this knife.
