This Polarity Reverse Adapter is a well made and really good quality item. As GTech say in their description "Not a cheap Chinese Item"! And it had a valid PAT sticker! The Socket Tester on the other hand!! "Made in China". It works, but, I was alarmed at how hot it got in a short space of time whilst testing its functions!!! Do not leave it plugged in! The 5 stars are for the Adapter. I would give the tester 3 stars as it does what it says on the tin!

Thanks for your feedback, especially that relating to the Socket Tester. I wholeheartedly acknowledge it being a 'cheap' item. I think we mention it being something 'functional'. The best we can do to source a higher quality item immediately trebles the price. But in several years, supplying hundreds of these, we have only had one single failure. I would love to supply a much higher quality item but, as you say, it does what it says on the tin, and more than adequate for infrequent use.
