I asked one question before purchase about the type of plug i.e. was it UK 3 pin given Wahl is US, and the customer service team responded almost immediately. I ordered on the Wednesday and EVRI delivered on the Thursday, can’t say fairer than that. Item was as described, brand new in box with all items packaged correctly inside the box.
