Although this mitre block has many useful features like having the ability to hold the workpiece in place and having feet that aid holding it on the edge of the working surface I did not give it 5 stars because the two pegs really need a better way to be stored when not in use. Other than that minor niggle it does all the things it should, other than being made of metal or having metal sides to the cutting slots I am not sure how it could be improved.Although this mitre block has many useful features like having the ability to hold the workpiece in place and having feet that aid holding it on the edge of the working surface I did not give it 5 stars because the two pegs really need a better way to be stored when not in use. Too flimsy.
Box is too flimsy,the sides bend when using the clamps widening the guide grooves so the cut is not so precise. Does the job,but if it was made more sturdy it would be much better. Good design poorly executed.

Not used yet but looks upto the job intended. The pegs are a great addition to secure what you want to cut. Remember to use a saw over 12 inches as not much play for anything smaller.

Thought this would do the job but it gets caught by saw and slowly loosing its precision cutting use. Bits of yellow plastic sawdust every time I use it!
