Best for sheet metal!
These cutters have an advantage in tight spaces as you only need a drill for the pilot hole (which can be drilled at an angle, without causing an issue). A ratchet hex driver is simple to use. A really clean cut is obtained from the inside, and a de-burring tool will easily and quickly remove any sharp edge on the outer (easily accessible) face.
