The button for switching the phone to silent was far too prominent and while the phone was being carried in a jeans pocket, the phone kept being switched to silent mode. It’s a shame that what was otherwise a good case was spoiled by this. The seller was, however, very cooperative when I contacted them.

My only negative is the courier used (YODEL) emailed that the item was out for delivery on Saturday, yet it didn't arrive until late on Monday. Would have been quicker to send by 2nd class parcel post. The item was squeezed though the letterbox so really didn't need a courier. The item was marked as received by the courier in good time so this isn't directed at the seller.
