    Unfortunately they were out of the product that I ordered. I was given two options. One, get a refund. Two, wait for the new shipment to arrive. I decided on a refund as I had already bought similar products. It was still a great interaction though. The seller was really nice and very quickly let me know what was happening.     Item arrived quickly, and appears genuine and in new condition, as described. However am disappointed in item packaging, there was no padding, it was shipped only in a plastic post bag, and as a likely result of postal handling, the gift tin is bent, popping the lid off. Luckily the contents are intact and the tin can be bent back into shape. A layer or two of bubble wrap would have provided some extra protection.
