Travelers can use trip-planning options such as a trip timer and distance calculator, avoid toll roads, find the fastest or shortest route, search street addresses, and avoid highways with the Garmin nuvi 1310T. Other features such as an emergency help option and speed camera warnings are included, as well as the ability to store up to 1,000 waypoints with the nuvi 1310T GPS. When planning routes, users can set automatic routing or customize points of interest and use the Traffic Message Channel to avoid traffic. In addition, the hands-free calling option with Bluetooth compatibility and the built-in microphone gives drivers using the Garmin nuvi 1310T a safer trip. The Garmin GPS receiver includes MapSource City Navigator NT, but is also compatible with Garmin CityXplorer, Garmin Language Guide, and Garmin Travel Guide, and has a USB interface with microSD card reader. The nuvi 1310T GPS features a touchscreen with four hours of run time.

    GARMIN CAR SATNAV

    Good screen. Are the maps up to date? I doubt. Commentary and driving instructions not as good and detailed as a Snooper I had previously. Tested on 186 mile journey up A1 to Northumberland. Seemed very keen to make me enter Catterick barracks???? Poor instruction on roundabouts, which exit etc. Good suction windscreen mounting. UPS cable connection to adapter in lighter socket. Adequate volume.

    BUY ONLY NEW WITH WARRANTY

    FIRSTLY BUY NEW, not as I did 2nd hand, lasted 1 month before faulty screen happened. Going to cost me £40.00 to get repaired via Garmin. WASTE OF MONEY SECOND HAND would have been cheaper buying NEW. Next sellers description was inaccurate re times used, age and latest maps installed. Was foolish not to return it and absorbing the cost of return.
