    What an AMAZING seller! Shipping was very fast, when I received the package there was a very nice note inside explaining that the figurine I ordered couldn't be found in the warehouse, so the seller sent me two figurines instead as a partial refund and offered to give me a full refund if I was not happy. I was very happy and told the seller I did not need a refund, but when I mentioned one of the figures suffered a bit of damage during shipping they gave me a full refund instead. A++++ seller!!!

    Contacted seller for bulk order at lower rate for an event. She had trouble figuring out eBay & how to set up a bulk order but was finally able to make a listing for what we agreed on. She messed up her listings so much that she created a listing for that lower rate for others to buy as well, creating competition & conflict for the event. This ruined being able to use them. I had to pull items & return. Lost $30 & time over this. Charged $16 for ship, was only $8 to send back.
