This package came very oddly wrapped. See pictures. It also came C.O.D.!
The seller only paid $6.26 towards postage and the post office wanted me to pay $12.14 (more!) in order to get the package. I had already paid $10.80 for postage when I bought the item. Needless to say, I refused delivery. Please refund my money.
I cannot rate this item as I refused delivery, so in order to leave this feedback, I'm rating it a 3, but please disregard the ratings and look at the pictures.
