    Great vintage look at reasonable price

    Bought this for my son's 22nd birthday as he was keen to have one for his room (for some strange reason). For the money it is very good value. Very well packaged, easy to put together with very clear instructions in about 20 minutes, and then pretty sturdy (it's not like its carved of oak....), Looks great - lovely vintage maps and illustrations. Some of the reviews say the pieces weren't stuck down properly but ours has no issues in that regard. I personally find it a slightly surreal addition to our household furniture but if this is the sort of thing you are after, and genuine ones from the 50s or whenever are hard to come by in good nick, you get a great look for the money. The middle of the globe takes three / four bottles. Glasses ranged round the outside need to be quite small. ...

    Amazing purchase!

    I was pretty nervous about purchasing this drinks globe but so glad I did. It adds the perfect touch of 'us' to the lounge. It's a good size, sturdy and a lovely colour. Great value for money IMO!
