    The Quality is Excellent - The Value is ...

    The Quality is Excellent - The Value is Average Budget priced -.The Condition is NEW -.The Appearance is Clean and Smooth. The Anvil is tight with very little deflection -. The Lever moves smoothly and sockets remove easily. The Bad thing I don t like about it is , It s to short for a 3/8 Ratchet .You re Grabbing the very end of it with very little leverage to work with .. It would make a Great heavy duty 1/4 drive with a adapter But as a 3/8 drive , it leaves you wanting a longer ratchet. The quality is TOP but be aware the length is only 8 ..
