Well it's size 10ftx8 but the instructions could be a hell of a lot clearer - bored a video about putting it together and it stated it takes two men 3 hours to complete with breaks inbetween--like hell does it --i could off desined and the build better-- but after 3 days it's practically there --the panels are flimsy and elf in place by small self tappers with plastic weather washers it's strength is there when built -- my son and 2 extra people manouvred it into position wooden ones are easier

The item itself is absolutely fine - as described and good value for money. The sellers were responsive and friendly. However the delivery company were a nightmare - I really urge you to change the delivery company you’re using - XDP are really terrible, impossible to get hold of. The item came in two packages days apart.
