    Simple, solid, great.

    Rock solid. Does exactly what it should. When you need baby monitors, you have one or more babies. What you don't have is time to sleep. You also don't have patience for finicky or flimsy devices. The MBP systems are simple and reliable. We've purchased these additional cameras for our 5 year-old monitor because our baby count has increased. The cameras worked out of the box with a simple one-button synchronization.

    Love the product, but this one is defective

    This is our third Motorola MBP36 baby monitor, the first lasted a good 3 years then the monitor completely died; the second lost it's video at 2 years. We got the third one, because we were very happy in general with the product, and the cameras work very well. But this time, the monitor lasted only a couple weeks, then it lost the audio. Absolutely just one moment to the next. We pulled the battery, and tried a few other things, then got the audio back for a few more days, then it abruptly failed again. Not sure if we'd want to get another one...

    False advertising

    The product we received works fine, the only problem was we didn’t receive the the part that was documented to be sold that we thought we bought. What showed up was Motorola model#MBP33BU and what that sale was for Motorola model#MBP36BU which is the camera that can be controlled by the monitor for different views of a room. What we got is a manual focal position and if you want to see another part of the room you have to manually reposition it, not controlled by monitor.

    Perfect Replacement

    Our first monitor finally gave up and stopped working after 5 years and we needed another monitor (we have a 5 year old and a 2 year old). We already had 2 cameras and with this model being obsolete, we didn’t want to buy a brand new model with new cameras. It was easy to pair up with our old cameras and now my wife can sleep again without worrying about our kids when they’re sick.
