Item was listed as New, Unused, and Unopened. However, the only actual items I received were the 4 year old battery, battery box, and wired charging plate packaged in white foam wrapping. No breakaway switch, pin, or 48" cable which should have been included. When the Seller was advised of the issue, he did credit me back with a $20 + tax refund.
