It was very well packaged in an original Ninja box placed inside another very sturdy Ninja box. The air fryer was in excellent condition with Instruction Booklet and Quick Start Guide included. It was easy to register the guarantee online. All of the functions work as they should. Overall it looks brand new. I'd recommend this seller from the experience I've had.

Just arrived, boxed excellent one only small hole on outer box. Ninja inside box, not a blemish. Un-packed the Ninja Foodi. It is pristine can not see any usage marks. Plugged it in and all lights come on. So first impression is an excellent buy. All I need now is knowledge and peruse the manual, so pleased, a definite 5* buy.

Delivery quick following order, however on unpacking I found the plastic handle on one of the drawers was broken. I reported this to ebay immediatelywith description of the problem. Photos requested,which I was unable to send due to technical difficulties. Although a refurb. model I expected it to be fully checked before dispatch. Not impressed with the ebay response.therefore. I then contacted Ninja direct and their customer service was first class. Replacement sent in 2 days, no hassle.
