Only just received the item , used once and it works fine. I am sure this item is unused , and straight from factory. There are no marks and elements have never been used. There is damage to the bottom of the chromed handle, no biggie so I suspect this is a new unit, which could not be sold as new, and comes straight from factory. So at a saving of £100. It is a good deal and would buy again.

Arrived today and well packaged. Only minor thing I could see when it arrived was a light and I mean light scratch on top of silver trim on top of unit, other than that it looks and works perfectly and came with handbooks too. Over the moon as I have never purchased an electrical item off eBay and as soon as I realised it was a certified refurb unit direct from Ninja I had no hesitation in ordering, and so pleased I have. Great product with a fab saving.

Once again a great product. Purchased their reconditioned airfryer and came in perfect condition. Although no original box was still Very well packaged. Cost £169 but saved £50 from buying it new. Air Fryer is great. I didnt really want one but relented to pressure . I would recommend the "smart" fryers - finishes each item to be ready at the same time. Crisps/browns perfectly without drying out , like oven can.

Air fryers…..are they any good?
Not a man for fads or latest got-to-have’s, bought this item by accident. With a mind to pass it on as a Christmas present. Glad I didn’t!……it’s awesome! You can sync up the duel pans so your food is ready at the same time. Easy to clean and easy to use. The manual has a food cooking guide included which has proved invaluable for frozen items. Try battered onion rings or chips….you will be converted! It saves on energy too!……supposedly about 68% saving on normal cooking time/cost. The only downside I have found with the air fryer?……the power lead is very short…..that’s it. :)Not a man for fads or latest got-to-have’s, bought this item by accident. Novel, good and time saving.
Efficient and easy tu use . Electric lead is too short for modern kitchen with many overcupboards. Lead should be at least one foot longer. The two booklets provided for instructions on use and recipes are good and succinct but recipe section should be enlarged. One great advantage is the ability to have separate foods in the two respective containers complete cooking at same time.

Brilliant air fryer 👍🏻
I had been debating whether to buy one and looked at reviews of The Ninja AF400 which were excellent , then my daughter bought one and kept telling me how fantastic it was, saved time, cooked food so much better and was saving electricity as she wasn’t using her oven at all ….so I took the plunge and bought one which took a time as every time I tried to buy one it was out of stock . I eventually happened upon one on EBay , it was from the Ninja shop and they only had the one up for sale so I think I was just lucky. I didn’t expect it to arrive quickly as I had a message saying there was a backlog with distribution due to them being inundated with orders but it was delivered 2 days later! After using it for a week I can genuinely say I am totally 100% sold on it, I haven’t had my oven on ... It’s easy to use and tge results are amazing, I cooked a whole chicken roast dinner from beginning to end in one hour , the roast potatoes and stuffing balls in one drawer and the whole 1.6kg chicken in the other , it was delicious, Sausage egg and chips was ready in 15 mins and chips were amazing and Shepherds pie was also excellent. It is also so easy to clean , just rinse the drawers and then wash in hot soapy water 🤷‍♀️. Due to not having the oven on the kitchen is not overheated so I imagine cooking in the Summer will be so much more comfortable too! I’m yet to try the baking of biscuits and scones cakes etc but the other reviews for those are great! I forgot to say that you can set each drawer at a separate temperature and time or sync them to finish at the same time! Do you get that I’m in love with my Ninja AF400 😂

As a sceptic of air fryers, thinking it to be another thing to join the toastie maker and juicer in the back of the cupboard, I was recommended the Ninja brand by friends who had other cheaper brands prior to their Ninja. I needed extra oven space so thought I’d use it for that. I must say, now I have it, it’s so easy to use and much quicker and cheaper than the main oven, if wanting to do a few items. I got this “reconditioned” and it appears to be pretty new, so pleased the punt paid off.
