Whilst there was a delay in dispatch and some radio silence then some initial misinformation, the PC arrived in 7 days of order, well packed and fully functional. The condition of the item was good and everything was included as described (the USB 2 WiFi dongle, a boxed copy of Windows 7 and the power lead/brick etc. Whilst a little dusty, everything was in very reasonable condition for its age and works well. With just a little more service focus this would have been a good customer experience.

    You get what you pay for.

    This is an awesome laptop. I was quite apprehensive as it is quite a purchase however it works flawlessly. Handles high CPU/GPU task with a breeze. Screen is great, trackpad is great, battery is above average. Dongles can be a pain but the bandwidth and power output of the four thunderbolt 3 ports makes this a worthy compromise in my opinion.
