Ordered Sunday evening and arrived lunchtime Tuesday which is fantastic service. Item is great! Amazing price for a brilliant piece of kit. Only on day one of having the bike but so far so good. Easy to put together. Seat is softer than normal bike seats for sure, but for an inexperienced cyclist I would suggest getting a gel seat cover, which is what I will do. I would 100% recommend this product.

Very smooth and speedy transaction, top seller. The bike is of better quality than expected for the price, so that is a bonus. My only criticism of the bike is that the seat post is to short. I am 6 ft and cannot extend my legs as much as on my bike, but overall I good buy.

I cannot believe how nice this item is, the delivery was exceptionally speedy too.
The bike itself is an amazing piece of kit for such a small price. I put it together on my own in a matter of minutes. Excellent adjustment levels where you can really feel the tension the higher the level. The phone holder is a nice touch along with the little mat you get with it. The seat is of excellent quality lovely and thick and spongey. Absolutely amazing. It’s a nice looking bike too. Thanks so much.

Despatched next working day and better than expected for the price!
Two problems: -
1. Courier DX didn't notify me of postponed delivery so I waited in for nothing. On-line tracker implies DX knew by 10:36am but tracker info too cryptic for me to be sure.
2. Product seems to be previous faulty return (partly assembled, hidden cosmetic damage & badly threaded nut unusable) hence only 4* description rating. Managed to find a replacement nut. I suspect the seller would have helped if asked though.
