Tripod not worth the money and unhelpful customer service. Benro's tortoise design became one of the worst tripods I owned to date. Parts were not fitted in properly which resulted in loosing tripod foot on the very first outing followed by loosing the hook in the centre piece. Customer service did not want to know stating parts are replaceable and it's owner's responsibility. Be mindful of this when considering your purchase and think of using somebody else. This is last time I buy from them!
