He called me, yes, picked up the phone and called me, no other eseller has done this in the past. He dispatched it again, was delivered to the wrong address.     Received item quickly, as described and packaged well, after powering on the unit I did notice some minor crackling and popping sounds when turning the volume control knob. However this issue is not serious enough to warrant returning the product back to the seller for a refund, all the satellite speakers and subwoofer are working well and outputting a good strong sound. Decent communication from seller, A+ service, recommended.
