The refurbished device I received was in much poorer condition than described. All of the components were obviously damaged, the main unit was all dented, handle on the crisper basket was bent, with the non-stick coating chipped off and all sorts. Worst of all, the machine wouldn't even turn on!But credit to Ninja, I shot them a message to let them know about these issues, and they arranged a pickup and replacement with a brand new unit without any delay. Top marks for customer service.

I messaged them directly and they responded the same day and organised a collection from my home, they sent a replacement that arrived before the damaged was collected and was in brand new condition with all the cellophane and protection on it and in a brand new ninja box.
