They misspelled my dogs name even though I specifically requested them to correct it to the right one. It was less than 12 hours since the order. I was still charged for the full price and shipping. I even offered them to refund at least 50% which is not a lot but they still refused it. Communication with them is extremely difficult as they don’t speak English. They will just copy and paste what’s on their manual like a robot. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER

We always send a picture of the ordered product in the ordered color and engraved text together with estimated shipping date back to customer to check again. After we send the items we are unable to change them. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any items that have been customized without our error.
