Bamboo ladder was absolutely filthy. Shocking that someone would send something in this state, much less charge so much for it!

Very very aggressive From the start when I wouldn’t accept offers from them tried avoiding them till they purchased at full price.
Sent next day delivery with tracking once delivered 5 minutes later customer left this negative feedback with no email or return which we would have been more than happy to do.
As you can see from previous feedback it is a shame we get people like this trying to ruin businesses all before it satisfies them.
