6) se all'apertura del pacco il nostro Servizio Clienti dovesse riscontrare la mancanza di qualche accessorio e/o manomissioni di qualsiasi parte del prodotto o verificasse il malfunzionamento causato dal Cliente, Due Ruote srl applicherà una penale pari all'80% del valore del prodotto;
