Tony at TVK was very helpful, patient, and kind in resolving the problem. They paid return shipping on the probe that did not work and sent us a replacement probe before they even received the misfit. We are using the new transducer and are happy with it. Tony even took my messages on holidays and off hours. We are very grateful for their patience and for the new transducer for the machine.
