The graphics card I received was defective; no video out. I raised the issue with the seller, but the seller didn’t care and refused to issue a refund. I started a return anyway, but the seller would not approve it. I had to have eBay step in after several days. I returned the GPU as eBay requested, and then eBay issued a full refund. Seller doesn’t care if you receive broken/defective items from him or her and will refuse to issue a refund or allow a return, so buyers beware!!!
