The step is well made and very sturdy. Height an angle is easy to adjust and set up with the spanner supplied. It gives confidence in use especially when stepping down. I have scoliosis (curvature of the spine). The step reduces the shock to the spine when stepping out from our house. My wife has balance issues so I am very pleased with both steps

The item is perfect and very true to the description, it was also a good price and the seller most helpful. There was a problem with the delivery when the courier, DPD, provided a picture to say delivery had been made. The picture was not my address and there were no clues as to where it had been left. Also the tracking was not completed so EBay thought it must still be in transit. Livewell Today acted very promptly and supplied another item which arrived successfully the following day. 10/10

Well packaged in a large box, easy to put together, there were some bolts missing so I contacted the supplier and they apologised and sent me out the screws in the post the next day, excellent customer service, would definitely buy from them again
