Absolutely no communication before opening a case with Ebay. After requesting updates about my order 5 days later this seller finally sends me a rude response insulting me that I'm impatient for requesting updates. Stay away from this seller I have no idea how their rating are so high. Being a customer for 20 years this seller provides the worst customer service I have experienced. Buyers beware.
