Unfortunately my bulb description on the box did not match what i had ordered, but the contents did! This created a lot of confusion because I believed the item delivered was incorrect. The problem was handled very well but GUYS - just tell your customers if the box doesn't necessarily match the contents, then we know!!

The profiles are excellent an just what I wanted. They were delivered by noon the next day which was earlier than expected. Unfortunately, DHL had managed to damage them in transit so I rejected the delivery as they were bent. GWS service was exceptional and replacements were shipped that afternoon and arrived the next morning.
The combination of good products and excellent service is ideal and I will be buying some other products from them very soon.
