Quality was great, shipping was quicker then the estimate, only complaint was it was packaged terrible it came in a very thin box and no padding, I grabbed the box straight from mailman and he said he made a complaint with the office because the box was completely crushed it looked like it was run over, I opened it up in front of him and they were intact. Excited to open the carton but the part is broken in the middle. See attached photos. Looks like the carton was bent and the part broke inside. Can I get a replacement and I will shipped back the broken piece. Thanks.
