On the whole it is a positive review as item arrived quickly and was a reasonable price, however it is described as certified refurbished ( pristine condition etc) but the one I received was definitely NOT in that condition. The top of the item had scratches and there was tape residue all over the item. It’s as if it had been returned by someone, quickly tested to see if it worked and then put into a plain box. At the moment they are selling the same item NEW on the ninja website for £156
