Delivery next day. Machine has a couple of scuffs, new cups and lids possibly blade to. On the hole ok so far not used too much feels a better fit that nutra bullet does. Very very noisy need earplugs ! Not sure this is normal as it’s refurbished. Certain foods get lodged like peanut butter, works well with ice cubes. The cups are great quality but the ridges within hold onto the liquid so dosent pour out smoothies very well if you don’t want to drink it in the tall cups provided.

I messaged them directly and they responded the same day and organised a collection from my home, they sent a replacement that arrived before the damaged was collected and was in brand new condition with all the cellophane and protection on it and in a brand new ninja box.
