I covered them up at night and they were looking fine this morning. Only been in 24 hours so far but, so long as I can keep the slugs away, I think they will be fine. Time will tell, of course but I am cautiously optimistic! I planted three last year but I was ill when they arrived and I lost two of them through my neglect. However, the third one is producing nicely this year.
