This is the worst company I ever dealt with. At first they said my package was lost then eventually they reset the package, but the items was incomplete. It was supposed to be two Vinyl records. They only sent me one never informed me and I still haven’t got a refund and it’s been about two weeks for one that I didn’t get or send🤦🏾‍♂️

Dear Malik, It was NOT our fault that USPS lost a package. Unfortunately that happens sometimes. We responded to you as soon as you contacted us regarding this problem. We resent one item to you again. I constantly texted you about shipment status. Only one item has been left at our warehouse because 2 items has been lost during shipment.     Good record, but is a little warped

    Record plays fine but has a warp on it. Long way to be shipped from England. Shipping was as expected and was packaged well from them.
