We can't download the update app, that's required.

      Very good value for windows phone.

      It arrived promptly and was easy to set up only problem was no manual so had to go online to find instructions for phone. Good battery life, easy to use once set up. Would recommend this phone to anyone who is thinking of getting a windows phone.
