Difficult task I have owned
These Machines are brilliant at what they do you can play VHS tapes Transfer to DVD AND 250 giga byte hard ON board and transfer between each MY first purchase brand new 2007 and cost £417.00 and no problems until 2013 a common fault the Freeview stops working requiring an inexpensive easy fix ( see Youtube) This machine is working perfectly so far but as with all electronic devices things can go wrong!These Machines are brilliant at what they do you can play VHS tapes Transfer to DVD AND 250 giga byte hard ON board and transfer between each MY first purchase brand new 2007 and cost £417.00 and no problems until 2013 a common fault the Freeview stops working requiring an inexpensive easy fix ( see Youtube) This machine is working perfectly so far but as with all electronic devices things can go wrong!

hope to find out how to get this problem sorted.
there is no manual we managed to record from vhs to dvd but we can not play dvd on our spare dvd player.recorded dvd plays fine on combo player.

An excellent replacement
I bought this item as a replacement for the same model which I have used for many years. The original DVD recorder stopped working and replacement parts were unobtainable hence this purchase. It works perfectly well and does everything I need to record programmes and transfer them to DVD formy collection.
