    They do the job well.

    They do the job they are supposed to do! I am in the process of better organizing my office and these folders are the key items in making that happen. They seem to hold up well with normal handling: they do not easily bend or tear. The fact that they hold up well keeps my files looking well-organized and, thus, makes navigating through them easy. Easier navigation saves time and helps make one more productive.
