The Concertina arrived in perfect condition and earlier than expected. I really appreciated the letter the seller sent with the Concertina which provided contact information if there was a problem with the instrument. It also came with the manufacturer's booklet with songs. This is the second Concertina I bought for a beginner player. The first one was not much less in price but far worse quality. Great seller, great Concertina!
