    Whilst the unit itself unfortunately arrived "dead on arrival" it was in immaculate condition, in general Draytek units are excellent quality and value for money but alas in this case it was not to be. Considering the issue their telephone support immediately accepted the request for a return and it was sent back the same day after testing, received the day after back at their office and the refund issued four days later through ebay. Overall despite this I am happy to rate things as five stars.
