    The bag was described as pristine but had wear that I would describe more as good condition. Definitely not pristine. Refund and return was was timely, and the bag was genuine. Also was asked a few times for five-star feedback, which is fine, just annoying. Always better to describe accurately, underpromise, and over-deliver. It avoids a lot of time wasting. Communication and speed of shipping were 5 stars.
