It's a spare part!!
New seal for base of Jovia coffee machine. Old item had cracked due to age. This one fits perfectly. Sizes quoted seem to vary across suppliers even though part numbers are identical!!! I guess some measure using elastic rules!!! Cheaper than a new machine and it has cured the leak.
