I realize the item being broken in transit is not seller's fault but I would hope they would say "sorry to hear that". Instead response was "how do you know it was broken if you refused delivery". I felt like she was calling me a liar. I asked for a replacement to be sent ASAP (to arrive just in time but no response for 2 days). I traced the parcel and refunded straight away,before I knew of eBay case. I am deeply saddened that this transaction has ended like this. I offered to send another out in time but she refused. I’d have happily replaced for free due to the circumst
