It will hold a large DSLR with a long zoom, an extra body and one standard lens. You need a larger bag if you want to carry two zooms. Very good service getting it shipped.

I wear medium size T shirts and with the straps adjusted to the longest length, it is perfect for me. If you are a larger person, it might be too small. But it's perfect for me, perfect for my camera system, and I am happy with it. I can get a camera body, 5 lenses, a flash, a wireless flash controller, a remote wireless shutter release, and other miscellaneous items too numerous to mention inside without strain.
