I wear medium size T shirts and with the straps adjusted to the longest length, it is perfect for me. If you are a larger person, it might be too small. But it's perfect for me, perfect for my camera system, and I am happy with it. I can get a camera body, 5 lenses, a flash, a wireless flash controller, a remote wireless shutter release, and other miscellaneous items too numerous to mention inside without strain.

Not so much a big deal as the backpack is pretty flexible. For a $15.00 bag, it's pretty decent quality but the zipper is cheap and I can foresee the zipper failing if your not careful. Also, it is small size and the back pack would be for a small size women or child. I bought this for my daughter and I don't think I would buy it again.
