    Sandisk SSD Portable drive which is convenient to carry, without fear of easy damage.

    It is an SSD Drive, which would be ideally suited for carrying around for field work, because it very light and has no moving parts. However, not everybody would need it because it is several times more expensive than a hard drive which has a moving mechanism where the disk plates spins at speed. So, it would be a case of “horses for courses”, and where it can be justified for the specific needs of a project, it would be invaluable by its very nature.
