Non soddisfatto. La box dell’articolo (acquistato nuovo) mi é arrivata graffiata e con diversi segni. Ho contattato il venditore dicendogli che essendo un oggetto da collezione la box esterna é importante per il valore stesso dell’articolo. Mi ha risposto “La scatola non ha nulla che possa diminuire in alcun modo il valore della merce.” senza provare in nessun modo a venirmi incontro, magari proponendomi la sostituzione con un altro esemplare nuovo e senza segni di usura.

Le abbiamo proposto di rispedire la merce per un rimborso totale; questa è l'unica soluzione possibile. Ma se ha preferito tenere l'articolo probabilmente tutti i torti non li avevamo: la scatola non ha nulla che possa diminuire il "valore collezionistico" dell'oggetto, bastava spolverarla, cosa che immagino avra' fatto dopo aver lasciato questo feedback.
