    It does the job but will not last long if overstressed

    For this phone or its near relatives, the BL-T5 battery is the only option. It should work fine but my experience is that it will quickly degrade if it's stressed too much. All those power-hungry apps we load in and run can draw a lot of power. And often it's the things we leave running all the time and are unaware of that draw power. Like Location: switch it off except when you need it. Use the power saving feature and turn down the brightness. When you charge the battery, don't leave it plugged in and sitting at 100% for days on end, nor drain it down to absolute 0%. In fact, they tell us to keep it between 20% and 80% to minimise stress on the battery. Take care of it and you won't have to replace it for a long time.

    It fits, it works, the tools are OK

    Exactly as described. Fits well, the tools are OK for single use they won't stand up to repeated use. It fits, it works. I'm pretty sure it's not genuine LG but who cares. The one suggestion I'd make is to use some tape to keep the battery still in teh case.
