I sent photos with my request for return as the inside of the box was full of paint. It was also inside of the plastic bag. On inspection the lid was not on properly which is odd as they are usually very hard to open when brand new as they have a seal, as with all paints etc in these large plastic tubs????? On the reviews there were a lot of buyers complaining about the leaking. I was refunded for the full amount including postage and an apology from the seller. Happy with customer services.

Dispatched in a cardboard box that was fundamentally too flimsy. Arrived with lid of the 10l tub cracked and about a litre of paint having leaked into the surrounding bubble wrap. I emailed the vendor with photos but have had no response. Luckily I have been able to use the remaining paint right away, before it dried out, but it was horribly messy to extract from the box.
