Item arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured. Was packaged very well! Broke it down and gave it a hasty cleaning (eventually will do a full clean) with a wire brush and drill brush attachment. Put some grease on the handle threads and gave it a go! Cutting wheels are in good condition and sharp. The cutter tracks properly and the cut is as even as your eyes can line it up. Overall very satisfied with my purchase, and I am glad to give life to another used tool!
